Position Summary:
The Inside Sales and Onboarding Specialist for ROE Dental Laboratory plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, delivering an exceptional customer onboarding experience, and providing outstanding support throughout the customer journey. This position involves managing GuidedSMILE case submissions, handling inquiries, assisting with scheduling online planning meetings, conducting post-surgery follow-ups, re-engaging lost or inactive accounts, and fostering excellent client relationships to achieve sales and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Records Management
- Review and verify client-submitted records to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients to address incomplete or missing records, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of records verification and communications within the lab management system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Surgical Support and Follow-Up
- Provide support to clients throughout their surgical preparation process, ensuring timely delivery of surgical guides and materials.
- Conduct post-surgery follow-up calls to gather feedback, address issues, and provide additional support as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to resolve post-surgical concerns.
Sales and Account Engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business by cross-selling laboratory products and services.
- Re-engage lost or inactive accounts by identifying customer needs, addressing concerns, and demonstrating value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
Client Support and Training
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the GuidedSMILE suite of products.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Organize webinars or training sessions for existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with dental implant workflows and surgical procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
