This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to deliver exceptional digital experiences that drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain websites using HubSpot CMS Hub, including custom components, modules, and themes.Implement and optimize forms, CTAs, and marketing automation workflows.Build responsive landing pages designed for conversion optimization.Integrate e-commerce solutions and utilize HubSpot’s AI features.Manage technical aspects such as domain connections, blog migrations, CRM objects, and HubDB implementations.Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaign implementation and optimization.Ensure website performance, security, and adherence to SEO best practices.Qualifications and Experience3 years of HubSpot development experience with CMS Development Certification.Advanced proficiency in HubSpot tools, HUBL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.PHP back-end knowledge and HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (preferred).Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy, SEO, and conversion optimization.Experience with SASS / LESS, performance optimization, and cross-browser / device testing.Familiarity with API / RESTful APIs (JSON, XML) and WordPress development.Expertise in marketing analytics, reporting tools, and HubSpot CRM / automation.Degree in a relevant field with excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to deliver effective digital solutions based on client and team needs.BenefitsHealth and vision insuranceIn-house dental careLife insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
