Full Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sale Representative (OSR) to join our team. This role is essential in promoting our brand and engaging with potential customers in various settings. As an OSR, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, conducting outreach, and building relationships within the community. Your efforts will help drive brand awareness and build repeat business partnerships.

- Will need to attend weekly sales meetings as scheduled and any others as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Estimating: Collaborate with clients to define project scope through onsite consultations. Use software to measure and estimate jobs based on the gross profit model. Prepare detailed proposals for customers and Field Work Orders for the team.
- Sales & Account Management: Implement a structured sales process with ongoing training. Follow up consistently with potential clients to maximize investments, build and nurture long-term customer relationships, and identify new opportunities. Regularly update CRM and other software, maintaining strong customer relationships through meetings and events. Build a book of repeat business through consistent follow-up.
- Prospecting: Use both new and existing relationships to expand sales opportunities. Set sales targets, develop strategies, and target potential customers. Leverage an established network to generate new business and attend networking events to grow contacts and opportunities.
- Personal Development: Participate in ongoing sales, product, and service training to enhance skills. Collaborate with coworkers to improve team performance and attend industry events and conferences for continuous growth.
- Collaborate: Work with Field Superintendent and Crew Leads to validate estimates and improve bidding and field work order requirements to ensure success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or similar roles with a strong track record.
- Exceptional lead generation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passionate about painting & concrete floor coatings and more in helping homeowners.
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
