We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team in Gaffney, SC, with direct service to Limestone College. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor environments. As a key part of our Landscape Maintenance Division, you’ll support the day-to-day care of high-visibility properties, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team under the direction of a Crew Leader, performing essential landscape maintenance tasks across commercial and residential sites.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, laying sod and mulch, pickup of debris, planting and maintaining flower beds.
- Weed control and removal to maintain the cleanliness and health of landscapes.
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery as per design specifications.
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles used for landscaping maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Lawn Mowers, Trimmers & Edgers, Blowers, Hedge Trimmers, Chainsaws, Aerators, and Sprayers.
- Irrigation system operation, monitoring, and minor repairs.
- Fertilization and application of pesticides and herbicides as needed.
- Spreading mulch, gravel, and other materials to enhance the appearance and functionality of landscapes.
- Leaf and debris removal to ensure cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
- Assist in the maintenance of landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, and fences.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensuring that all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborating effectively with team members, including landscapers, supervisors, and Operations managers, to ensure smooth maintenance contract execution.
