Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Roeda. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication : Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed information on products, services, and order status.
- Order Processing : Enter customer orders accurately into our system and ensure every detail aligns with client expectations.
- Status Updates : Keep clients informed on order progress, including production timelines, shipping, and delivery.
