Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing surfaces.
- Execute custodial duties such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Support residential painting projects when required.
- Serve as a porter by managing supplies and ensuring areas are stocked appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Skills in facilities maintenance or residential painting will be considered advantageous.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
- Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
