We’re looking for a new addition to our team in Tampa, Florida as a Construction Intern for Summer 2025.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project documentation using Procore, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Utilize Bluebeam to review and annotate construction drawings and documents.
- Support the project team in tracking progress and maintaining schedules.
- Participate in site visits to monitor project status and ensure compliance with plans.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and findings.
