Responsibilities
CRM Optimization, Segmentation, & Reporting
- Design, manage, and improve structure, workflows, and automation within HubSpot
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and lifecycle tracking
- Manage contact re-engagement and cleanup campaigns for inactive segments
- Build strategic segments based on geography, lifecycle stage, behavior, and engagement
- Create dashboards and reports to track sales activity, marketing performance, and CRM health
- Surface actionable insights to guide campaign targeting and sales outreach
- Proactively suggest creative, strategic solutions to improve workflows, automations, and campaigns
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with sales to deliver segmented lists, track activity, and identify outreach opportunities
- Support sales enablement through organized content and performance insights
- Assist in executing campaigns by managing contact lists, email delivery, and performance tracking
- Serve as a CRM point of contact and internal resource for the sales team
- Organize and maintain a central library of marketing and sales enablement materials within HubSpot such as investor packets, snippets, & communication templates
- Train new team members on HubSpot best practices and develop internal documentation or guides
Systems & Integration Management
- Manage and maintain integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Agora, Windfall, Livestorm, C-Vent, and WordPress
- Monitor GDPR/compliance settings, including opt-ins and unsubscribe preferences
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing Sales Hubs preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting
- Proven experience supporting both sales teams and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event coordination or webinar logistics a plus
- HubSpot certifications preferred

Pay Range: $57,900 - $76,100
