POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Lifecycle Support Parts Specialist, you will support inside parts sales for existing and new customers across all Roeslein business segments. Responsibilities include the daily research, data maintenance, processing, and growth of Roeslein parts and adjacent portfolio order generation while providing excellent customer support. Collaborate with business development, project teams, and Lifecycle Support inside sales for initial spares and daily parts, e-commerce tools, and strategic planning. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will assist in defining aligned BD strategies toward key accounts. You will identify opportunities and build customer credibility utilizing your industry knowledge to deliver the value proposition.
Key performance indicators are annual parts sales growth, on-time-to-customer requests, PO line-item velocity, the accuracy of the online parts catalog, process improvement, and BD conversion rates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate, strengthen, and expand existing customer relationships to boost order growth.
- Create parts RFQs and orders from online catalog and other requests.
- Generate and follow up on the Recommended Spare Parts List.
- Interpret and analyze vendor data and equipment manuals.
- Research parts by using BOMs, including exploded view isometric mechanical drawings.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses and assisting customers with order placement and parts research.
- Interact daily with customers, offering support and addressing their inquiries and requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive transformative changes within a leading lifecycle service organization.
- Must be willing to work overtime on short notice.
- Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals, possessing team lead skills.
- Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a mostly controlled atmosphere. Some exposure to harsh conditions for short periods of time is possible.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Sitting 80%; standing/walking 20%. Occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in business or technical field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with aftermarket parts is required, preferably in the material handling industry.
- Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills, including customer call center support.
- Task oriented with quick response to emails and phone calls.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Excellent written communication skills are required. (Spanish language skills a plus)
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with co-workers, customers, vendors, and other business contacts in a team environment.

Compensation:
The approximate pay range for this position is $50k - $60k. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
