SUMMARY
Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an Inside Sales I position to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and taking orders.
- Responsible for seeking new clients, understanding customer needs, and maintaining existing customers.
- Support the outside sales team by completing quotes and sales requests, as necessary.
- Support customers by pulling and staging will call orders, issuing sales orders, and completing fulfillments as required.
- Support service technicians by supplying required equipment and tools.
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
- Responds to customer complaints quickly and efficiently with complete professionalism.
- Maintain an accurate and functional warehouse by following all shipping and receiving processes.
- Keep the sales area and warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency.
- Must attend all manager meetings, training, and safety meetings as required.
- Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.
- Responsible for processing sales transactions, booking tickets and providing product information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
- Must follow training and company procedures.
- Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Must follow good housekeeping practices.
- Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products’ core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
- Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
- Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
75,611 - $84,000 per year.
