SUMMARY

Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking an Inside Sales I position to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct inside sales activities, including prospecting and developing opportunities, closing sales, and taking orders.
  • Responsible for seeking new clients, understanding customer needs, and maintaining existing customers.
  • Support the outside sales team by completing quotes and sales requests, as necessary.
  • Support customers by pulling and staging will call orders, issuing sales orders, and completing fulfillments as required.
  • Support service technicians by supplying required equipment and tools.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Responds to customer complaints quickly and efficiently with complete professionalism.
  • Maintain an accurate and functional warehouse by following all shipping and receiving processes.
  • Keep the sales area and warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter.
  • Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency.
  • Must attend all manager meetings, training, and safety meetings as required.
  • Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.
  • Responsible for processing sales transactions, booking tickets and providing product information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
  • Must follow training and company procedures.
  • Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Must follow good housekeeping practices.
  • Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products’ core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
  • Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
  • Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in inside sales. Experience selling automation equipment, instrumentation, pipe, valves, and fittings that apply to oil and gas production and measurement processes.
  • Must be a positive motivator and professional role model.
  • Persuasive, amiable, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based programs are required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • High speed and energy, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $75,611 - $84,000 per year.
