- Oversee daily accounting department processes (recording transactions, updating records, reviewing client contracts)
- AP and AR processing using QuickBooks
- Payroll review
- Maintain ADP employee profiles
- Vendor Management
- Monthly reconciliations
- GL maintenance
- Regularly upgrade and improve operating procedures and regularly document the changes
- Participate in departmental meetings
- Track the status of tasks using project management software
