Summary:
Roessel Joy is partnering with an established client on a new Accounts Receivable Manager role. The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for directing all credit, collection, and billing functions for the company. This position designs, implements and manages the processes on collections and billing to maintain the financial health of the company. The Accounts Receivable Manager must be a results driven, hands-on manager.
Responsibilities:
- Review Accounts Receivable aging and establish procedures for collecting problem / delinquent accounts from various customer channels.
- Develop and maintain weekly reporting
- Manage the invoicing process ensuring bills are sent accurately and timely.
- Work to streamline current billing operations.
- Manage the collections team.
- Oversee the establishment and review of appropriate customer credit lines.
- Communicate with Sales Team regarding credit decisions.
- Assist team with taking collections calls if needed.
- Make recommendations for improvements.
- Adhere to applicable laws and company policies, procedures and processes.
- Additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit, collections and billing required.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
- Strong professional and proven written, verbal and interpersonal English communication skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
