Roessel Joy has partnered with a long-standing, local non-profit located in Boston, MA who is seeking to bring on a CFO to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 3 years in a CFO seat and has strong 3rd party billing oversight experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Management and oversight of accounting, finance, IT, and facilities function
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Manage complex funding strategies
- Serve as a lead for grant bidding and grant budgeting
- Presentations of financials to the Board
- Oversee third party billing and insurance contracting
- Uniform Financial Reporting
Qualifications of the role:
- 3 years in a CFO seat, 10 years accounting and finance experience
- Small company, hands on finance and accounting experience
- Healthcare, non-profit, or higher-ed industry experience
- BS degree required, MSA and CPA preferred
Salary : $190,000
