What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Help Desk Consultant position at Roessel Joy?
Roessel Joy has partnered with an established private non-profit organization to hire an Information Technology Help Desk Consultant. The Information Technology Help Desk Consultant has the opportunity to prove themselves and ultimately become a full-time, permanent employee of the organization. The ideal candidate for this position has significant experience working in IT; more specifically, the ideal candidate has significant AV Support experience.
**This position is hybrid**
Requirements
· Ensure that company standards are met when configuring company computer systems
· Troubleshoot within systems and programs including, but not limited to, Windows 10, MAC OS, Linux Office Suite, Internet Explorer, and VPN/Network
· Handle any issues that arise with phones, printers, and other forms of office technology
· Perform hands on AV Support
· Support multiple operating systems
· Communicate with users to help resolve any issues they encounter
· Maintain a strong understanding of services provided by user support
Qualifications:
· 3 years in a similar position
· AV Support and Poly AV experience
· Possess an intimate understanding of how Windows, MAC OS, and Linux operating systems work
· Possess strong communication skills
· Having a bachelor's degree preferred but not required
