Duties and Responsibilities :
As a Painting Apprentice with Rogall Co, you will assist with essential duties to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards :
Assist with setting up job sites each day, including drop cloths, tape, plastic, and tools under the direction of the Crew Leader.
Learn how to prepare surfaces by sanding, caulking, sealing, and priming, as well as moving and setting up ladders and equipment.
Assist with truck organization, stocking essential materials, and ensuring a professional appearance of vehicles and tools.
Attend all required safety and training seminars to learn best practices and industry standards.
