What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Attorney position at Rogen and Avelino, A Law Corporation?
Full-service immigration law firm in Encino California is dedicated to assisting our clients in all aspects of immigration law. Law Firm handles business and family areas of immigration law as well as removal defense and humanitarian programs such as the U-Visa, SJIS, and VAWA. The candidate will be drafting motions before the court and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, preparing prosecution discretion requests, preparing provisional waiver briefs, and assisting other attorney with the Immigration Court Calendar. The candidate will also assist with Family-Based and Employment-Based nonimmigrant and immigrant processes.
Fluency in Spanish required. Must have 1-2 years immigration experience.
