Position Description:

As a Technician Trainee you will perform vehicle inspections and offer recommendations on services and/or repairs as needed. Perform routine maintenance and light mechanical repairs on vehicles needing service.

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Perform multi-point vehicle inspections

· Offer recommendations on services and/or repairs as needed

· Perform preventative routine maintenance, light mechanical and tire services

· Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist with service shop daily maintenance

Compensation and Benefits:

· New employee incentive & referral program, $500 bonus

· Competitive pay rate with shop hour and up sell bonus pay, average $19.00hr plus.

· Average annual pay $35,000 - $60,000

· Set work weeks

· Semi-monthly pay, direct deposit.

· Paid holidays and vacation.

Position Requirements:

· Basic mechanical ability, automotive knowledge a plus

· Position requires individual to own or possess basic mechanical tools to perform services

· Must pass pre-employment screening to include: background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver’s license and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
