Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown is seeking an experienced Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Consultant.

Our approach:
We do things differently than the average dealership. Our Sales Consultant’s focus is to work closely with customers, explaining the features and benefits of various models in order to help guide the customer to a vehicle that is best suited for their personal wants and needs. Our Sales Managers will then work with the customers to determine their financial needs/abilities and finalize the purchase of the vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and determine customer needs
- Compile information needed throughout the sales process
- Present and demonstrate features, benefits and vehicle offerings
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and delivery
- Utilize dealership systems to maximize communications and prospecting opportunities
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience
- Digital savvy, mobile, texting, videos
- Must pass pre-employment screening to include: background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver’s license and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits:
- Paid training; 90-day $3,500 monthly guarantee available
- New hire training bonus paid upon completion of training
- 5-day work week, 45-hour weekly shifts
- Pay range: $60,000 to $100,000 /year
- Tiered bonus levels: $250 - $450 per car, plus additional longevity and manufacturer bonuses
