What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Seasonal - Cardinals Kiosk Seller position at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium?
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is looking to add Kiosk sellers to our team, who will assist fans with merchandise sales during scheduled Spring Training games.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to work independently
- Managing all aspects of concourse kiosk location from setup to teardown each day
- Using a Point-of-Sale system to ring transactions for fans
- Inventory management
- Ability to learn what is selling to fans and requesting inventory from warehouse accordingly
- Checking in all new inventory
- Maintaining a positive attitude and high-level customer service both externally with fans and internally with coworkers
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Communicating to management when supplies such as bags and receipt paper are needed.
- Setting up cash register at the beginning of each shift and turning off all electronics and plugging them in to charge at the end of each shift
- Setting up attractive displays to attract customers
- Working to help customers and process transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Able to multitask in a loud and fast paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to operate an iPad and corresponding Bluetooth devices (training on specific applications and equipment will be provided)
Salary: $15/hour commission
Start Date: February 14, 2025 End Date: March 23, 2025
