Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management, to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

- Inventory Mastery: Strong background in used and new vehicle acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Negotiation Skills: Track record of securing high-value inventory and building relationships with auctions, wholesalers, and vendors.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership CRM, inventory tools, and market analysis platforms (e.g., vAuto, Manheim).
