Automotive Sales

Overview:

Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi has been a Mitsubishi dealer in Oregon since 2019 and is looking for a few outgoing and motivated sales professionals to join our team! Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of one (1) year prior automotive sales experience, but we will happily train applicants with prior retail sales experience as well!

Our top performers are seeing on average well over 15-20 deals a month and are making $5K-10k per month! We are a locally owned and operated company and have been since 2017 when we first opened. We have been deeply rooted in our community for many years with our auto group and thus have plenty of repeat and referral business as well!

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assist customers with vehicle selections while promoting options to suit customers need

· Stay up to date on all product knowledge / vehicle changes

· Attend required trainings and meetings

· Keep correct and accurate sales documentation for deals

· Protect customer information and keep it secure

· Self-motivated and driven individuals

· Team oriented while providing exceptional customer service

· Willingness to be trained and build a strong skillset

· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background MVR

· Positive attitude!!

Required Skills/Abilities:

·Previous Auto Sales experience of at least 1 year required.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent sales skills with proven negotiation skills.

· Proficient with learning computer software.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk. Requires ability to stand and walk to various dealership locations.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
