Responsibilities

• Quotes and negotiates coverage terms and pricing with various insurance carriers and brokers in a timely manner.
• Responsible for generating quotes for a diverse book of Commercial lines polices utilizing our various carrier partners websites.
• Fostering strong relationships with internal staff, producers and company representatives.
• Prepares custom insurance proposals. 
• Supports commercial lines department as needed
• Organize and hold sales meetings

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty License is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 12 months after employment. 
• 3-5 Years of Commercial Lines experience. Independent agency experience preferred. 
• Solid computer and technical skills, AMS 360 and Excel a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
