Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a book of Personal lines clients and polices
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain account retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Developing insurance quotes and marketing renewals.
- Rounding accounts
- Processing endorsements, issuing insurance documentation including RTA's and binders, and assisting customers with claims.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and upselling.
Requirements
- The candidate must have a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- 1-3 Years of Personal Lines experience. Independent agency experience preferred.
- Solid computer and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work independently
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
