We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Daniel Insurance is family owned and operated since 1952 with offices in Billings and Bozeman. Our Billings location is seeking a full time CSR, no experience necessary. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated and looking for a fast-paced work environment, enjoys being busy and genuinely likes engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service. Management will provide training and ongoing support as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting additional products or services as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Experience in client services or sales is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
