About the Job:

Roger Langeliers Construction Co. is looking for a dedicated, skilled Concrete Finisher to be a key part of our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, with experience in concrete preparation and mixing. You’ll be responsible for surface finishing, including formwork and framework, as well as curing and sealing, while ensuring safety and compliance. Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years of experience in cement masonry, concrete finishing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and/or CDL A driver’s license is a plus!
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
• Ability to perform manual labor such as shoveling and raking
• Ability to work flexible shifts including day, nights, and weekends
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Skilled in smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Understanding of curing methods and the impact of weather conditions on concrete setting.
• Familiarity with power trowels, straightedges, screeds, and other finishing tools.
• Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety regulations and practices.
