Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat products according to customer specifications
- Use knives and other cutting tools to portion, slice, and shape meat

- Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their meat selection
- Basic math skills for portioning and pricing meat products accurately
