Uncapped commissions with first-year agents averaging $80,000 and top rookies earning between $100,000-$200,000.

Lifetime renewal income - the book of business you're building today will continuepaying you years from now.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role is all about hunting and closing. You will:

  • Get in front of business owners and sell face-to-face
  • Take full ownership of building your book of business - everything is earned, nothing is given
  • Master the art of persuasion and negotiation (if you haven't already)
  • Leverage referrals to keep deals flowing and build long-term income
  • Learn from top closers who are actually in the field, not just training from the sidelines
