We are seeking an experienced psychiatrist to join our team as a clinical director. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of psychiatric services across multiple levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, provide leadership and oversight for medical residents and fellows, and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

- Board-eligible or certified psychiatrist
- 2 years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital or clinic
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Licensure in the state of Wisconsin as an MD or DO with specialization in psychiatry
