Summary :
The Psychologist works under the clinical supervision of the administration to develop curriculum, provide clinical supervision and training in a manner that assures the outcomes of treatment can be evaluated and published in peer review.
Schedule : M-F 8am to 4 : 30pm.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Under the clinical supervision of the administration, develop clinical training models based on patient needs.
- Implement training, supervision and consultation models with program medical directors, programs, and Staff Development.
- Assure that outcome data / studies are conducted on clinical modules.
- Work with administration and the Rogers Center for Research & Training to assure data is used and published in an appropriate manner.
- Work with Staff Development to assure that training modules are replicable and have measures of competency.
Promote department goals and the mission of the Hospital.
Communicate goals to fellow staff members.Demonstrate measurable goal achievement.Maintain department policies and procedures.Include requirements and guidelines from external agencies; i.e., Joint Commission and State of Wisconsin.Maintain and / or communicate to the appropriate party, the function backlog at a set timeframe.Educate new staff to regulations or requirements of those functions that relate to their areas or departments, as directed.Demonstrate acceptance and training of student interns in the department, as directed.Demonstrate understanding of Joint Commission and other regulatory agency compliance regulations.
Involve self in the learning and application of standards relevant to the partial hospital program.Participate in inservices / seminars and other meetings to increase involvement and awareness of regulations.Involve self in the education of other disciplines.Demonstrate understanding of partial hospital regulations and protocol.Participate in Hospital committees, Performance Improvement team meetings and team projects, as directed.

Education / Training Requirements :
PhD in Psychology, or PsyD, is required; licensed in the State of Minnesota.A minimum of five (5) years experience in clinical / supervisory work.Eating disorders experience is preferred, but not required.Be proficient with various software programs and hardware devices.Pay Transparency Requirements :
Compensation for the Psychologist role is between $101,010.00 and $172,732.56 annually and placement in the range will vary based on years of experience and education.
