As a Protection Plan Assistant at ROGERS ENTERPRISES, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Protection Plan department. You will work closely with our Inventory Control and Protection Plan Department, as well as other stakeholders, to process Protection Plan repairs and invoices accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare contracts for jewelers
• Enter and audit jeweler invoices
• Reconcile jeweler invoices with the Protection Plan Company
• Reconcile Rogers uploads with the Protection Plan Company
• Research and audit combo reports
• Identify system inconsistencies for reporting purposes
• Create, enter, and send repairs to jewelers and vendors
• Communicate with vendors and jewelers about repairs
• Receive guest repairs and determine the best solution
• Communicate with guests when required
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field
• Basic understanding of jewelry and watch repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Excel software
