SUMMARY
Contribute to the overall sales of the website through monthly individual and group sales goals determined by the Ecommerce Manager. Follows through in all facets of servicing the guest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Use the chat application, along with phone, email, voice conferencing, to do the following:
- Assist guests in finding the right merchandise to meet their needs and drive sales.
- Proactively engage with guests to share personalized recommendations and offers, building lasting relationships and encouraging purchases.
- Answer questions regarding merchandise, warranties, and company policies for past and future guests.
- Resolve guest complaints or connect them to our Guest Relations Department.
- Assist guests with making payments and other basic credit inquiries.
- Answer questions regarding order statuses.
- Support store associates with questions and the placing of online orders.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of retail selling experience. This position requires the ability to problem solve while utilizing interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent communication and written skills necessary
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate selling price and discounts
TECHNICAL SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
The ability to operate a computer/tablet and the Microsoft Suite of products. (Word, Email, Excel). The ability to trouble-shoot any technical issues that arise with our internal IT staff.
OTHER SKILLS
The ability to work independently and willingness to increase their product knowledge and online sales techniques.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires the availability to work day, evening and weekend hours. Additional working hours will be required, especially during peak holiday seasons. This position requires attendance of training sessions and some lite travel to the home office.
