Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Protection Plan Assistant to join our team at ROGERS ENTERPRISES, Inc. In this role, you will work closely with our Inventory Control and Protection Plan Department to ensure accurate and timely processing of Protection Plan repairs and invoices. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare contracts for jewelers
• Enter and audit jeweler invoices
• Reconcile jeweler invoices with the Protection Plan Company
• Reconcile Rogers uploads with the Protection Plan Company
• Research and audit combo reports
• Identify system inconsistencies for reporting purposes
• Create, enter, and send repairs to jewelers and vendors
• Communicate with vendors and jewelers about repairs
• Receive guest repairs and determine the best solution
• Communicate with guests when required
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience in inventory management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Excel software
