RFA Engineering (www.rfamec.com) is seeking candidates to Intern as part of our engineering team at our home office in Eden Prairie, MN. As a member of our team, the selected candidates will work with our engineering staff to support highly engineered designs using state of the art tools.

This is an Internship position for the Summer of 2025 that could lead to additional opportunities within our organization for future employment.

Job Description

The job duties for these positions are associated with a wide range of product development applications for current and new products, which include :

• Concept and develop of mechanical components and systems that may include multiple plastic processes, castings, stamped or laser cut parts, and welding or bonding
• Use 3-D Modeling software to create and assemble components
• 3-D Scanning
• Creation and support of 2-D drawings and specification documentation
• Attend product design review meetings.
• Support of prototype fabrication and / or construction
• Create Bill of Materials information, and other documentation for product release
• Prototype Wire Harness production
