Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible to answer the phone in a professional manner and direct the calls to the proper person. As well as send out invoices to our customers and pay bills we recieve in a timely manner. They will also be responsible to order the office supplies and support various functions within the organization. This role requires excellent communication abilities with other employees, and a keen understanding of office management principles.
Duties
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and organize meetings, and other activities
- Maintain administrative records and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally while addressing inquiries from clients.
- Send invoices to the customers
- Pay incoming bills on time as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge with the use of accounting software
Rogers General Machining is a machine shop, there will be oil odors and machinery noise. Experience working in this type of environment is a plus. We are a small family business and are looking for an office manager that will work good in that environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
