Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to help ensure efficient operation of the fixed assets segment of Corporate Accounting.
- Assist with entering and tracking request forms for capital purchases of fixed assets.
- Maintain and upload support for fixed asset additions and disposals.
- Provide support to the field for fixed asset related information and assistance.
- Assist Fixed Asset Analyst in various ad hoc request relating to fixed assets.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience working with an ERP or Equipment management system preferred.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Great organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work with all types of individuals.
