Rogers Group is seeking Experienced (2 - 3 years) motivated, punctual, and safety-focused Asphalt Milling Equipment Operators with previous paving experience for our Construction Team Huntsville, Alabama.An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.Experience working with road construction in high traffic areas including some experience with MUTCD traffic control.Must be able to regularly lift and / or move heavy objects.Ability to work outdoors which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving.Ability to properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.Valid Driver’s License required.Rogers Group provides extensive benefits, strong compensation, and a safe, drug-free working environment.
35-hour Weather Guarantee after 30 days of employment, must be available to work 6 days during the seven-day work period. Hours guaranteed, up to 35 hours (example : worked 20hrs, Actual Pay 35hrs; worked 38hrs, Actual Pay 38hrs). Weather pay is accrued on weekly accumulation, not hours per day. Holiday pay counts toward the 35-hour guarantee.
