Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position located in Glen Rose Texas.
Wages starting at $22 / hr
The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills – able to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. This position requires the ability to work overtime and Saturdays .
Job Requirements :
- Operate scales in dispatch and delivery of products or material
- Answer customer calls
- Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, etc.
- Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
- Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division
- May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
