Job Details
Wages start at $23hr
Starting wages will be Higher based on experience level.
3 Night Shift Premium for night shift work.
Fulltime / Permanent
Day Shift
Weekend work may be required
Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits
Company Truck provided, Commute only, no personal use…
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order
Adhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment
Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety
Comply with OSHA / MSHA and other local, state and federal regulations
Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures
Build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation
Individual must be dedicated to working safely at all times
Qualifications :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2 years facility maintenance experience
Carpentry / Framing Experience
Routine Plumbing Repair
Valid state driver’s License
The ability to lift and / or move up to 100 pounds
Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
