Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties in Owasso, Collinsville, Oologah, Talala, Nowata, Claremore area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Repair and installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, decks, fences, etc.
- Plumbing: Fixing leaks, clogs, replacing fixtures, basic drain cleaning.
- Electrical: Troubleshooting and repair of outlets, switches, light fixtures (within limits of local code, complex electrical work may require a licensed electrician).
- Drywall: Patching, hanging, and finishing drywall.
- Painting: Interior and exterior painting and preparation.
- Flooring: Installation and repair of tile, laminate, etc.
- Appliance installation: Dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.
- Other general repairs and maintenance: Gutter cleaning, furniture assembly, power washing, and various homeowner requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handyman services or related construction trades.
- Proficiency in a variety of repair and installation techniques.
- Own a basic set of tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, or by project, based on experience and qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
