Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage all incoming calls and emails during your shift
- Deliver accurate product and service information to customers
- Generate and qualify sales leads as needed
- Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and resolutions with efficiency and empathy
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Uphold a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high call volumes with poise and precision
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

- Comfortable working a fixed weekend schedule (Friday to Sunday)
