- Rogers Market 63rd - 2415 63rd Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34203
Pay Range: $15-$16 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the store and assist them in finding products
- Answer guest inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up the checkout area
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues to the best of your ability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service standards
Requirements:
- Previous guest service experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash-handling procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
