The Business Ops Analyst is responsible for supporting, actioning and analyzing all WO’s and PMA Transactions daily in support of local Service Managers. That includes but is not limited to; Management of the PMA base inclusive of billings, timely and accurate PMA renewals, asset loading and updating as required and adding new PMA’s as they are sold. The Business Ops Analyst also will have day-to-day responsibility to ensure billings are properly processed, working alongside both the assigned Service Managers and SPG Operations Managers to ensure timely billings, etc. Engagement with our customers is also a key portion of this role. Managing the day to day Open Work Orders will be a highly critical component of this role, along with ensuring our team is following company procedures. This is a hands-on role interfacing with our business unit leaders. The Business Ops Analyst is expected to support all aspects of the service division to ensure its continued profitability and growth.

Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the profitability of the assigned group or team.
- Daily review all Open Work Orders to ensure proper completion. Process customer billings within 48 hours of WO completion for Quoted work and 10 business days for T&M work. Service invoices daily for follow-up items, accuracy of pricing and neatness of paperwork completion.
- Flag incomplete WO’s and elevate to either the Svc Supervisors or the Service Manager to address with the technicians. Ensure proper notes and pictures are attached to support billings.
- Ensure daily compliance of any assigned customer 3rd party systems.
- Work with account managers for any National Accounts to ensure local OPS is in compliance with customer requirements.
- Manage PMA base. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Accurate timely billings – monthly, Quarterly or Annually in advance
- Timely renewals with updated pricing and properly communicated to the customer
- Ensure proper authorization is obtained
- Maintain data to monthly reporting - Value of contract base and all changes
- Minimum of 2 years direct Industry Experience or an Operations Analyst background
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent Computer/Technology Skills
- Expert Level Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly Organized
- Customer service skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with Sr Leadership on regular basis
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Target 2 - 5 years of related experience required.
- Direct Industry Experience a plus
- Required to stand, walk and sit.

- Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
