Requirements
- Oversee the staging, configuration, and testing of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.
- Ensure all software installations, patches, and updates are completed before deployment.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless rollout of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to staged hardware and software before distribution.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to coordinate project deliverables and timelines.
- Track project progress, manage documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in IT deployment projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, staging, or project coordination.
- Required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
- Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
- Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.
