The Preconstruction Coordinator supports the Preconstruction Department by managing various administrative and operational tasks related to the overall preconstruction and estimating processes. This role requires close coordination with Preconstruction project leads and involves working on multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the Preconstruction Coordinator assists with departmental and company-wide responsibilities as directed by the Director of Preconstruction or other regional executives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating bid activities and managing bid solicitations
- Leading Trade Partner engagement initiatives
- Developing and maintaining project document plans
- Supporting diversity and compliance strategies
- Mentoring Preconstruction Interns and supporting field operations
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required
