Position Purpose: The scheduler is crucial in creating, managing, and sharing project schedules for construction projects across all regions and handling multiple schedules concurrently. This role demands the creation of schedules at various stages, from initial proposals to comprehensive, resource, and cost-loaded schedules.

Responsibilities
- Generate & maintain a wide variety of construction schedules with input from operational and pre-construction teams, adapting to project-specific needs and contractual requirements.
- Work with project teams to manage schedule-related risk by adequately documenting, tracking, and communicating potential and actualized impacts.
- Lead scheduling meetings to ensure the accuracy of master schedule updates, involving subcontractors, suppliers, internal team members, and clients, aiming for weekly updates.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of scheduling principles to identify, document, and communicate potential delays, acceleration options, recovery strategies, and critical task impacts.
- Ensure accurate tracking & forecasting of cost and resource allocations within the project schedules.
- Distribute schedules to all relevant stakeholders, including operational staff, subcontractors, suppliers, third-party vendors, and the owner, as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive history of project schedules within the RO File Structure System.
- Engage in schedule-related meetings as project requirements demand, including trade partner, pull plan sessions, and owner meetings.
- Produce detailed reports and schedules by trade, phase, or other criteria as requested by the project team.
- Executes complex and confidential tasks autonomously, applying initiative and independent judgment within the framework of Rogers-O’Brien guidelines.
- Consistently meets the standards in the competency checklist, showcasing the proper execution of required skills.
- Complies with all Rogers-O’Brien policies, procedures, safety protocols, and regulations set by governing bodies.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
