We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our equipment rental department as an Inside Sales Associate. This role will
primarily involve assisting Trade Partner (TP) customers with their equipment rental needs, managing rental orders, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Serve as the primary point of contact for TP customers
inquiring about equipment rentals. Provide excellent customer service by
addressing inquiries, recommending suitable equipment based on customer
needs, and ensuring a positive rental experience.
