Quality Managers are responsible for assuring that construction conforms to plans and specifications. Assure submittals have been approved by the architect / engineer and track procurement of material for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete and current record of submittals, approvals, and Rep submittals.
- Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes.
- Manage RFI Process.
- Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and conformance with contract documents and drawings.
- Develop and maintain submittal logs.
