Rogers Pharmacy is a multi-location independently owned pharmacy. Founded in 1967, Rogers Pharmacy has expanded to locations in Tarkio, Mound City, St. Joseph, Stanberry, and Maryville, Missouri.
We’ve proudly served and beneficially impacted the city of St. Joseph since 1994 and currently have a full-time opening for a registered pharmacist.
We are offering a competitive salary range dependent upon experience and levels of certification and credentialing.

The pharmacy environment is high volume, and automation has been implemented to equip our staff to be efficient and patient focused.
A typical staff pharmacist schedule includes :
Four (4) days per week.
Every 5
Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM (day off during the week instead)
Closed Sundays and Major Holidays
Essential Responsibilities :
- Accurately fulfill patients’ prescriptions
- Administer vaccinations
- Provide counseling and clinical services to patients
- Contribute to the family-oriented pharmacy services culture while adhering to the pharmacy code of conduct
- Contribute to the positive experiences our patients have come to expect from Rogers Pharmacy, setting us apart from our competition
- Help monitor inventory, replenishment, record-keeping, sanitation, returns, among other standard pharmacy operations
- Help maintain proper records, security, and procedures on all controlled substance medications
- Make a continuous effort to expand clinical services knowledge and skills

The actual hourly salary within this competitive range you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant factors.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
Current Missouri state pharmacist licensure in good standing
Effective oral / written communication skills
Ability to handle high-volume prescriptions
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
