THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE
This heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM with rotating on-call shifts. You will dispatch directly from your home-no need to report to a central office!
As a Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Tech, each morning begins at 7 AM, when you'll depart from home in your company vehicle. You'll spend your day diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across both residential and commercial sites. From resolving heating issues to recommending system repairs, your expertise will ensure optimal performance for our clients. By 4 PM, your scheduled calls are completed but rotating on-call shifts ensure you're ready to assist with urgent needs.
