SUPERVISOR : Food & Nutrition Director
FSLA STATUS : Part Time (24 hours)
Required Qualifications / Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, and work assignments.
- Numerical ability to prepare and measure cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Manual dexterity for the preparation of food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment and cleaning work area.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities :
